At the end of September and beginning of October, the harvest of the beans is carried out, and to commemorate it in the town of Paiosaco the “Fiesta de la Fabada” is celebrated. Here you can taste this exquisite typical dish of the time, made with top quality products and freshly harvested in the area, all in a festive atmosphere and for a very popular price.

The “Fiesta de la Fabada” is celebrated in Paiosaco on the fourth Sunday of October.
