Every year, between the months of September and October, the municipality of Cee proudly celebrates the Cee Senior Festival, one of the most endearing and eagerly awaited social events on the local calendar. This event, designed especially to pay tribute to the elderly, has become a deep-rooted tradition on the Costa da Morte.
During this day, the elderly neighbors are the center of attention. Activities full of emotion and closeness are organized, such as musical performances, dance sessions and, of course, a large community meal in which typical recipes of the local gastronomy are served.
