Find out more about Roncudo Lighthouse

The lighthouse of Punta Roncudo is located in the village of Corme, in the municipality of Ponteceso, to get there we have a good two-kilometer road that leaves from the end of the port. It is a small twin lighthouse of the Laxe lighthouse.

The lighthouse came into operation in 1920 and is nestled in a wild and ghostly environment. The name of this point is given by the hoarse roar emitted by the sea as it crashes against the rocks of the cliff. The strength of the sea in this area and the characteristics of its waters mean that the barnacle of this area is considered the tastiest in Galicia, which is why a gastronomic festival has been held since 1992 for tasting in the month of July
