“Pintar na Rua” in Malpica 2018

Along the month of August will develop the fifth edition of “Pintar na Rúa”, a project of urban regeneration that has the peculiarity that they are the boys and the girls those that work, directed by professionals of the plastic arts. This year the teacher of the workshop will be the carballesa Emi de las Heras, that has participated in projects as “Derrubando muros con Pintura”.
Malpica, that was decades backwards a pioneering city council in the Costa da Morte in the artistic treatment of spaces degraded, carries promoting this type of artistic workshops from the summer of the 2014, transforming different urban spaces in an enormous painting in which the boys and girls gave loose income to his creativity.
This summer the participants will follow filling of colour the walls of the villa divided in two groups in function of his ages. The boys and girls of 6 10 years will paint of Monday to Friday of 11.00 to 12.15 hours, and the ones of 11 to 14 years, of 12.30 to 13.45 hours. Besides, and given the success of the previous announcements, so that it can participate the greater number of possible artists, this year there will be two turns of “Pintandona Rúa” , one of the 1st to the 14th of August and another of the 16th to the 29th. The term of registration is opened until the day 30 of this month. The families that want to more information or annotate to his children and daughters have to direct to the department of Education, Culture and Tourism, situated in the first floor of the Civic Centre, or call to the 981 707 104, in schedule of 09.30 to 13.00.
