Fisterra Town Council, through its Social Services and Family Education Department, is launching a new edition of its Memory Workshops. The programme combines cognitive stimulation with social participation, helping participants keep memory, attention and other mental skills active in a friendly group setting.
The new groups begin between 28 September and 1 October 2026 at several locations across the municipality, with weekly sessions scheduled for each area.
Registration opens on Monday 21 September at the Social Services and Family Education Department, from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. Information and registration are also available by phone on 661 947 153.
The workshops use exercises and group activities to work on skills such as memory, concentration and attention while encouraging participation and social contact. The organisers note that schedules may be subject to change.
