On Sunday, September 28th, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., the Municipality of Ponteceso will host a special birdwatching activity at the Anllóns River estuary, a natural area of high ecological value.
The tour will start at the Praza do Relleno and will be led by Diego Rodríguez Vieites, a biologist with a Master’s degree in Ecosystem Restoration, who will provide insights into the environment and help identify the most representative bird species of the area.
Participants are advised to bring binoculars, comfortable clothing and shoes for walking, some snacks, and a raincoat in case of showers. A unique opportunity to enjoy nature and discover Ponteceso’s ornithological richness.
