Carantoña celebrates its San Martiño festival on Saturday, 7 November 2026, with a full day of tradition, live music and local festivities in the municipality of Vimianzo. The programme combines religious events, a vermouth session, a procession and an evening dance, with a marquee available for added comfort.
At 1:00 pm, a solemn mass will be held in honour of San Martiño, San Roque and San Antonio. The programme also includes a procession accompanied by A.C. Trubisquiña.
Music will take centre stage throughout the day. Orquesta Fuego will provide the entertainment for the vermouth session and return in the evening for the main dance.
The celebrations continue with a lively evening featuring Orquesta Fuego and Disco Móvil Impacto, with David Bermúdez. It is a great opportunity to enjoy a festive autumn night in Carantoña.
The San Martiño festival is a perfect excuse to discover Carantoña and experience one of the traditional seasonal celebrations held in Vimianzo and the Costa da Morte.
