This evening from 7:00 p.m. onwards, the poetry book launch by Xan Martínez at Ler Librerías Santa Comba will turn the bookshop into a small stage where words, music and live painting come together. The new poetry book is truly unique, as each copy is handmade using a traditional Japanese binding technique, making it a special collector’s piece.
During the event, the author will be joined by students from Escola Sen Cancelas Teatro and the book’s illustrator, who will paint live while the poems are being read. Some of the texts will be performed by Xan Martínez himself, accompanied by a guitar, creating an intimate and unrepeatable atmosphere. A perfect opportunity to discover contemporary poetry in Santa Comba and to support local creative talent.
