Starting on September 20th, the exhibition hall of Vilán Lighthouse will host the work of French painter François Jeune, who has spent decades exploring the gesture of color and the essence of water. From Paris to Brittany, his art has become an emotional map of the sea.
The exhibition features works of all sizes: large “non-woven” panels, fragments resembling nautical charts, and canvases where water flows endlessly, just as it does in nature. Each piece captures the heartbeat of the ocean and the poetry of fleeting moments.
The exhibition is open from Wednesday to Sunday, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. An unmissable opportunity to feel how art also breaks on the shore, right at the heart of Costa da Morte.
