From September 5 to 7, 2025, the As Eiroas Municipal Stadium in Carballo will host the 1st International U16 Bergantiños Football Cup, a sporting event bringing together some of the most prestigious clubs from Spain and abroad.
Participating teams include FC Barcelona, Atlético de Madrid, FC Porto, Athletic Club de Bilbao, Valencia CF, Real Sociedad, RC Celta, RC Deportivo La Coruña, FC Bergantiños, and the Japanese academy Next Japan. An outstanding lineup that promises three days of top-level football on the Costa da Morte.
This tournament is born with the aim of becoming a benchmark for youth categories, combining sport, camaraderie, and international projection in a unique event organized in Carballo.
