Fisterra hosts the 10th “Alejandro Finisterre” International Table Football Championship, a lively event open to residents and visitors, combining competition, local celebrations and a tradition closely linked to the town. The tournament will take place on 8 September 2026 at 6:00 pm in Praza da Constitución, on Rúa Real in Fisterra.
Under the motto “Na fin do mundo” (“At the end of the world”), the championship is designed to encourage participation and a friendly atmosphere during Fisterra’s festivities, with two-player teams and age-based categories.
Entry is free. Registration is open from 1 to 8 September by emailing culturafisterra@hotmail.com with the participants’ names, ages and a contact phone number. In-person registration will also be available on the day from 5:30 pm to 6:00 pm.
In case of bad weather, the event will move to the Mercado Cultural.
