The mobile unit of Galicia’s Organ and Blood Donation Agency (ADOS) will visit Ponteceso on Monday, 2 November 2026. The initiative supports ongoing efforts to maintain blood supplies for Galician hospitals and meet patients’ needs throughout the year.
The mobile unit will be at Praza do Relleno (Praza do Recheo) in Ponteceso, from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
The event poster advises donors to eat breakfast, wait two hours after lunch and avoid a heavy meal before donating. Bring your donor card, ID or a similar document, and tell the medical staff if you are taking any medication.
A small gesture can make a difference to people who need blood. Consider donating if you can.
