Malpica de Bergantiños launches its Gastronomy Days with a hands-on session led by Carlos from Casa Antonio. It is an opportunity to discover local cooking from the inside, learn practical techniques and kitchen tips, and explore how one of Malpica’s local chefs works with Galician ingredients and flavours.
The activity will take place on 9 October 2026, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, on the terrace of Casa Antonio. During the session, Carlos will demonstrate how he prepares some of his dishes and share useful ideas that participants can apply in their own kitchens.
Organised by the local Economic Promotion Department, the initiative highlights the gastronomy of Malpica, the expertise of local professionals and a culinary tradition closely connected to the produce and identity of the Costa da Morte.
Participation is free and limited to 15 people. Registration opens at the Concello on Monday, 21 September 2026, so early booking is recommended.
