On 19 September 2026 at 8:30 pm, Casa da Cultura de Cee becomes a newsroom where truth, ambition and the craft of telling people what is happening collide. Escándalo en Redacción comes to Cee with Xoán Carlos Mejuto and Iria Ares leading a comedy that looks at journalism from the stage with irony, pace and one disarmingly current question: what happens when the news stops being just the news?
The play uses the mechanics of comedy to enter a very familiar world: headlines, deadlines, competing interests, conflicting versions and the delicate line between reporting facts and shaping a narrative.
