#OCamiñoContinua

Bo Saldaña, Leticia Pérez, Eva Abal, Dani Keral and Alberto Ribas will leave Compostela on September 13th to travel the Xacobeo Route that leads to Costa da Morte, where they will spend the weekend showing the heritage and nature of the destination.

Costa da Morte Asociación Turística (CMAT), the entity that manages the promotion of the Costa da Morte geodetination, invites five professional bloggers specialized in travel to live the experience of the Camino de Fisterra and Muxía to make it known on their social networks, which come to some 130.000 follower from around the world. Bo Saldaña, from El mundo Ok; Leticia Pérez, from Trucos viajeros; Eva Abal, from Una idea, un viaje; Dani Keral, from Un viaje creativo; and Alberto Rivas, from Alvientooo are the participants in the O Camiño Continúa campaign, promoted by the CMAT, chaired by Mónica Rodríguez, with the collaboration of the Deputación da Coruña to promote the Camino Fisterra and Muxía as it passes through Costa da Morte in the Xacobeo Holy Year 2021. The initiative, which will take place during the week of September 13th to 19th, 2021, is included in the program of aid and management entities, associations, associations and tourist consortiums for the improvement of quality, competitiveness and tourism activities in 2021.

The five bloggers will leave the Plaza del Obradoiro, in Santiago de Compostela, on the morning of September 13th, 2021. They will travel through various sections of the Camino de Fisterra and Muxía on their way through Costa da Morte. From that Monday until Friday, September 17th, 2021, the day on which his arrival in Muxía is scheduled. Next, each professional will spend the weekend in different areas of Costa da Morte and will share their experience with their followers on their social networks (Instagram, Twitter and Facebook) and on their blogs.

O Camiño Continúa, which will be coordinated by the blogger Alberto Rivas, wants to spread, promote and promote the Camino de Fisterra and Muxía (a route that represents the continuity of the Camino de Santiago that, after reaching Compostela, continues to Costa da Morte) as tourist destination and, also, take advantage of this Xacobea route for pilgrims to visit and learn about the heritage, nature and culture offered by the municipalities that are part of the CMAT, a non-profit entity that integrates the different local, public agents and private, in order to develop this territory in tourims.

The five bloggers who manage blogs specialized in travel and who are references in the Spanish blogosphere, after traveling the sections of the Camino de Fisterra and Muxía, will stay and use tourist services associated with the CMAT, in collaboration with the Association of Tourism Professionals da Costa da Morte (APTCM). During the bloggers‘ walk along the Xacobea route that leads to Muxía and Fisterra, different local agents will join the Camino to contribute to its promotion and dissemination, in coordination with the Town Halls. CMAT will record a report of the experience, which will be used as a tourist attraction in online channels.

The O Camiño Continúa campaign will reach 120.000 followers of the social networks (Instagram, Facebook and Twitter) of Bo Saldaña, Leticia Pérez, Eva Abal, Dani Keral and Alberto Rivas, all specialized in travel. His blogs have more than 475.000 monthly visits (El mundo Ok, 80.000; Trucos viajeros, 26.000; Una idea un viaje, 180.000; Un viaje creativo, 125.000, and Alvientooo, 65.000). In order not to lose detail, the experience of O Camiño Continúa can be followed on the blogs and social media profiles of both bloggers and the CMAT (Instagram, Twitter and Facebook).
