On July 25th, the parish of Xaviña (Camariñas) will host its beloved Beach Festival at the Ariño Recreation Area. The day begins at 1:00 PM with a mass in honor of St. James the Apostle, accompanied by a performance from the local choir “Anduriñas de Xaviña”.
At 2:00 PM, attendees will enjoy a free sardine lunch, followed by fun activities for children with inflatable games starting at 3:00 PM. Live music will fill the afternoon with the group Abrindo Rejo at 4:00 PM and the “Santa Compaña” brass band at 5:00 PM.
The festival will close at 7:00 PM with a theatrical performance titled “First lerias”, presented by the local group “Os contos non enchen”. A day to celebrate Galician heritage, organized by the Concello de Camariñas with support from the Deputación da Coruña.
