The VIII Edition of the Foliada Farrapeira in San Fíns do Castro 2025 returns once again to Cabana de Bergantiños to celebrate the richness of Galician music and traditions. On Friday, July 25th, coinciding with the feast of Saint James the Apostle, the unique setting of San Fíns do Castro will be filled with bagpipes, tambourines, and folk songs. Attendees will enjoy a lineup of live performances, traditional dance workshops, and the unmistakable melodies of the region’s top folk bands.
Organized by Os Farrapos de Cesullas, the Foliada Farrapeira 2025 keeps alive the spirit of the old Galician pilgrimages, blending the ancient sound of bagpipes with contemporary acts that captivate all generations. Thanks to the collaboration of the Deputation of A Coruña and the Cabana Town Hall, this major traditional music gathering is established as one of the must-attend cultural summer events in Galicia. Admission is free from 12:00 PM, promoting access to popular culture for both locals and visitors.
