Mazaricos Carnival 2026 brings a joyful plan for families with a Children’s Costume Festival full of colour and fun. It takes place on Saturday, 14 February at 5:00 pm at the Recinto Feiral da Picota, with gifts for every child who comes in costume.
There will also be a costume contest with prizes in the individual, couple and group (comparsa) categories (groups must have at least 5 people). The afternoon includes an inflatables area, make-up and mask workshops, and to finish on a sweet note, free treats and hot chocolate for everyone. Organised by: Mazaricos Town Council (Concello de Mazaricos).
