Camariñas will hold its first-Monday-of-the-month gathering on 5 October 2026 in honour of Our Lady of the Mount, the town’s patron saint. The celebration will take place at the Ermida da Virxe do Monte, one of the municipality’s most cherished religious and symbolic landmarks.
The afternoon will begin at 5:00 pm with the celebration of Mass. Visitors and local residents are welcome to join this moment of prayer and devotion in a setting deeply connected with the history and identity of Camariñas.
After Mass, at around 5:30 pm, the programme will continue with Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament, the Holy Rosary and an opportunity for Confession. It is an invitation to stay a little longer and share a quiet evening of faith, reflection and local tradition.
A warm and deeply local gathering that offers visitors a chance to experience one of Camariñas’ most meaningful religious traditions in the special setting of the Virxe do Monte.
