The Festas dos Remedios 2026 in Corme take place on 24 and 26 September, bringing together live music, local tradition, religious celebrations and an unusual New Year Party. Corme Porto, in the municipality of Ponteceso on Galicia’s Costa da Morte, will host two festive days featuring a street parade, solemn mass, lunchtime music, a rondalla performance, an evening dance and a major late-night celebration.
From 23:00, Corme will celebrate its own symbolic New Year Party. At around 01:00, the traditional countdown and chimes will take place, with party favours, grapes, sparkling wine and a few surprises creating a festive New Year’s Eve atmosphere in September.
The night will continue with Veneguay and Disco Móbil Impacto, featuring DJs Drew Korme and Maiki Rama, reunited especially for the occasion.
The Festas dos Remedios are a great opportunity to visit Corme Porto, enjoy its maritime atmosphere and experience a traditional celebration in the heart of the Costa da Morte. The programme combines local devotion, live music and an original late-night celebration for visitors and residents alike.
