The much-anticipated Festa da Carballeira de Zas 2025 will take place on August 8 and 9 in the enchanting Carballeira de Velar, located in the municipality of Zas, in the heart of Costa da Morte. This unique festival blends traditional Galician music, folk sounds and a magical natural setting, making it one of the most authentic cultural events of the summer in Galicia.
On Friday, August 8, starting at 10:00 p.m., the stage will come alive with performances by Catuxa Salom, Tanxugueiras and Agoraphobia, bringing energy and rhythm to the forest. On Saturday, August 9, the fun continues from 12:00 p.m. with a vibrant daytime session featuring Uxía Lambona e a Banda Molona, A Banda da Loba, Foliada and Carmela.
The evening lineup on Saturday begins at 10:00 p.m. with headline acts Caamaño Ameixeiras, Mercedes Peón, Ses and Señora DJ. Tickets start from €18 for both days, with one-day passes available from €10. A must for lovers of folk, nature, and authentic Galician culture.
