Christmas in Carballo

This year, Carballo will have a full month of activities, as reflected in the calendar that occupies the central pages of the brochure that you can download at the end of the post.

Thinking about the dynamization of commerce, we will have proposals such as the Market of Illusion, from December 5 to 8 (registration forms for activities, below); the Sweet Fair, which will be held on the weekend of the 28th and 29th, coinciding with the feirón; the pinchos de Nadal that will be served on the 22nd in the municipal shopping center or the Cantos de Nadal that will liven up the shopping streets on the 22nd and 29th. Once again this year we will reward purchases in local shops with different gifts, and, in collaboration with the Open Shopping Centre (CCA), whose proposals are also included in the programme, we will have a stand directly from Lapland so that Santa Claus can feel at home during his stay from 20 to 24 December. Before that, this Saturday 7, he will make a fleeting visit to the Purchased of Illusion to collect the letters from the boys and girls.

Along with the essential Nadal Pequespectacular, who, as always, will offer three circus, theater and magic shows of the highest level, this year arrives the Nadal Rebuldeiro, designed to make the kids move. The centerpiece will be Mundo Juego, an amusement park that includes Superthings, Playmobil, Rolly Toys, virtual reality and radio control spaces, and which will occupy the tent in the Plaza del Ayuntamiento from December 14 to 21. But, in addition, on December 30 and January 2 and 3 we will discover future entrepreneurs in robotics, mechanics and engineering with the Infino electric vehicle construction workshops. And along with all that, on December 23 they will be able to take out their bikes to participate in a fun elf gymkhana. The activities of the Attachment program, such as the party on the 20th, and the libraries complete the holiday offer for children.

With the aim of facilitating work-life balance and offering leisure alternatives to all the young people, Nadalcamps arrives, which includes the activity We play in the purchased, for children from 3 to 12 years old; a campus in the Escuelas del Jardín Agra de Caldas for adolescents from 12 to 16, and a technological campus in the Pazo de la Cultura for those over 16.

And thinking about the adult audience we also have differentiated proposals, such as the Nadal cooking courses that will be taught on Saturdays 14 and 21 at the School of Hospitality of the Carballo Forum or the dances on Sundays. On the 29th we will celebrate a dance for all audiences in the tent of the Plaza del Ayuntamiento, with cotillion, music and animation.
