Corcubión is taking part in a new edition of the cultural mobility programme “Sobes ao autobús do teatro?”, promoted by the Centro Dramático Galego, with a special coach trip to see “A Gaivota. Ensaio aberto” at the Salón Teatro in Santiago de Compostela.
The trip takes place on Friday, 2 October 2026. The coach will leave Praza de Castelao in Corcubión at 2:50 pm, with the performance starting at 6:00 pm. The return coach is scheduled to depart Santiago at 7:45 pm.
With dramaturgy and direction by Santiago Cortegoso and Neto Portela, “A Gaivota. Ensaio aberto” draws on Anton Chekhov’s classic to turn an open rehearsal into the performance itself. The production plays with the boundary between reality and fiction and features Déborah Vukusic, Mercedes Castro and Uxía Suevos.
There are just 18 places available. The price is €5 per person and includes both the theatre ticket and return coach transport from Corcubión.
A convenient way to discover one of the new productions from Galicia’s public theatre company, with transport organised from Corcubión and the whole experience planned as a shared cultural outing.
