On Saturday, June 28 at 9:00 p.m., the 9th Legua Irmandiña 2025 will take place — one of the most iconic running events in Costa da Morte. Held one week before the famous Asalto ao Castelo de Vimianzo, this unique race features a stunning route and an unforgettable finish line: the illuminated castle of Vimianzo.
As a new feature this year, registration for the main race category is limited to 200 participants, ensuring a better experience for all runners. The traditional post-race refreshment will once again be held inside the castle courtyard. The route will follow the same layout as last year, offering a perfect blend of sport, heritage, and atmosphere.
