The 13th edition of O Mes da Fundación 2026 closes its programme for the general public with the commented concert “A música que nos une, os camiños que nos xuntan”, performed by Icía Varela and Haruna Chitani.
The programme builds bridges between cultures through the koto, a traditional Japanese plucked-string instrument, and the pandeireta, combining live performance and explanation to introduce audiences to sounds, traditions and musical perspectives from two different cultural settings.
Saturday 24 October 2026 at 8:30 pm, at Casa da Cultura de Cee. The event is open to the general public and free of charge.
See cultural information from Cee Council and visit the Fernando Blanco de Lema Foundation website.
