On Sunday, 27 September 2026 at 5:00 pm, the Auditorium of the Casa da Cultura da Picota welcomes Remelexo, the new show by Baraza, the duo formed by Alberte on diatonic accordion and Uxía on flute and vocals.
Remelexo is more than a concert. This multidisciplinary production brings together live music, video and text to tell the story of Diniña. Through that narrative, the show explores Galician emigration to Brazil and the cultural bridges that have connected Galicia and Brazil over time.
The music moves naturally between Galician and Brazilian traditional sounds, with language, shared memory and the power of music to preserve stories at the heart of the performance.
By combining live performance, spoken word and visual elements, Remelexo creates an intimate and evocative stage experience. It will appeal both to lovers of traditional music and to audiences looking for cultural events with a strong sense of place, history and identity.
The event is part of the Outono das Artes programme and offers another opportunity to enjoy culture in Mazaricos at the Casa da Cultura da Picota.
