Corcubión celebrates the Festa das Mercedes from 15 to 25 September 2026, one of the town’s traditional September festivities. The programme blends religious celebrations in honour of Our Lady of Mercy, a procession, Galician music, a vermouth session, children’s activities and a lively evening of music and dancing.
It is a great opportunity to experience local festivities in Corcubión, explore its historic centre and enjoy several days of tradition, music and community atmosphere on the Costa da Morte.
At 7:30 pm, Rosary and Novena prayers followed by a sung Mass.
The Festa das Mercedes brings together devotion, live music and family-friendly activities across the town. Campo do Rollo is one of the traditional gathering places connected with the celebrations.
