Yoga on O Pendón Beach 2026 will take place every Tuesday in August at 7:00 pm in Cabana de Bergantiños.
The sessions offer an evening of gentle movement and calm by the sea. Participants should bring a yoga mat, and the activity will move to the Municipal Sports Hall if it rains.
A relaxing way to end the day with movement, breathing and views across the estuary.
