Meiga Night in Lires will take place on Friday, 26 June from 8:30 p.m. at the Merendeiro de Lires. The event offers an evening of local tradition, food and music in a welcoming and festive atmosphere.
The programme will include the traditional queimada ritual and a sardine barbecue, with sardines and wine available for €12. It is a celebration closely connected to the beginning of summer and a perfect opportunity to share local flavours around the table.
The evening will also feature a performance by Pedras Miúdas and an open foliada, inviting everyone to join the music and dancing. Meiga Night in Lires is organised by FestiLires.
