The Concello de Cee will host the screening of Lavadoiro on Thursday, 14 May, at 11:00 a.m.. This documentary short film by Ana Amado invites audiences to look at places of memory from an intimate, heritage-based perspective deeply connected to the territory.
The event will include the documentary screening and a discussion about the short film, creating a space to reflect on shared places, women’s memory, everyday work and the importance of preserving the spaces that form part of collective identity.
This cultural event is held to mark the International Day for Monuments and Sites and International Museum Day, highlighting culture as a way to better understand our past and to approach the heritage around us with greater awareness.
