The Axober Technical Session – Hospitality 2026: Design and Efficiency in Professional Kitchens takes place on Tuesday, February 24 at 5:30 pm at Fórum Carballo. A focused, practical talk for anyone interested in improving how professional kitchens are planned and run.
This is a free session led by Marcos Roig (Grupo Roig), covering key topics such as space layout, material selection, and efficiency criteria in professional kitchens. The session lasts approximately 75 minutes and is limited to 25 places (with priority for members).
After the session, there will be a small aperitif prepared by students from the Basic Vocational Training in Hospitality (Carballo). Registration is open until Friday, February 20 at www.axober.org.
