The Cultural Week of Brantuas – Niñóns 2025 will take place from August 24th to September 7th at the Casa dos Veciños, bringing together a vibrant program full of music, tradition, history, and community spirit. This event has become a true cultural landmark in Costa da Morte.
The schedule offers something for everyone: book presentations such as Memoria de nós, food tastings, concerts by local groups, performances by traditional pandereteiras, comedy shows, and live music by the Rondalla Mugardesa. Children will also have their space with the participation of students from A.C. Brantuas and special activities for young audiences.
The week will also feature religious ceremonies, exhibitions of old photographs, and lively walks through the parish villages, ending on Sunday, September 7th with a big closing celebration. A unique opportunity to experience Galician popular culture and community life at its best.
