Explore Soesto Beach: A haven for surf lovers on the Costa da Morte

Located on the outskirts of Laxe, close to the Pazo de Leis and accessible via a picturesque local road, Soesto Beach offers a quiet and secluded atmosphere on the Costa da Morte. With an extension of 850 meters, this sandy area of fine sand is known for its sometimes calm and sometimes rough waters, ideal for surfing.

Every year, at the end of August, Soesto Beach becomes the scene of sporting events of the Galician Surf and Bodyboard Championship, attracting fans and spectators alike. Its natural environment, with a rocky coastline facing the open sea, creates a unique environment to enjoy sport and nature at its best on the Costa da Morte.
