The Sociocultural Centre of Zas will be filled with music and joy tomorrow thanks to a lively dance session for seniors, designed to have fun, meet people and stay active. From 7:00 p.m. onwards, the venue will become the perfect meeting point to enjoy a different afternoon with neighbours and friends.
The music will be provided by the Dúo Mar da Vila, offering a varied selection of dance classics, pasodobles, rancheras and many other well-loved tunes that will keep everyone on their feet. It is a programme where older people are the real stars and can enjoy live music in a friendly setting.
The seniors’ dance in Zas is a great opportunity to fight a sedentary lifestyle, strengthen social bonds and simply have a good time in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. If you feel like laughing, dancing and taking a break from the daily routine, come along to the Sociocultural Centre – the dance floor is waiting for you.
