From July 24 to 27, the parish of Cereixo, in the municipality of Vimianzo, will host its traditional celebrations in honor of Saint James the Apostle. The four-day festival features live music, religious ceremonies, traditional food, and vibrant street parties.
On Thursday the 24th, the event kicks off with a free tasting of chorizo and wine, accompanied by music from Dúo Show, followed by a grand party with the popular orchestras París de Noia and Mega CDC. On Friday the 25th, after the solemn mass, there will be a lively vermouth session with Zona Zero and an evening dance party with Zona Zero and Disco Impacto, joined by DJs Rokiño and Drew Korme.
Saturday the 26th honors Saint Anthony and Our Lady of Mount Carmel with performances by Ciclón and CDC. The festivities conclude on Sunday the 27th with a mass for the Blessed Sacrament and a festive vermouth session with Dúo Explosión. A celebration full of tradition, fun and community spirit in the heart of Costa da Morte.
