Some interests are even more fun when you share them. Ponte Friki 2027 returns to A Ponte do Porto, Camariñas, on 6 and 7 March 2027 for its third edition: a weekend celebrating geek culture, video games, comics, cinema and alternative entertainment on Galicia’s Costa da Morte.
The event will take place at the A Ponte do Porto Municipal Sports Hall, with two adjoining marquees and planned comfort improvements for visitors. After welcoming more than 2,500 people at its previous edition, Ponte Friki is growing as a place to meet fellow enthusiasts, discover creators and enjoy shared interests.
Anime, manga, gaming, cosplay, film and comic-book worlds are all part of Ponte Friki’s identity. Previous editions have brought together people who enjoy playing, making things, discovering new creative work and spending time with a community that shares their passions.
The organisers have not yet released the full 2027 programme, opening times or guest announcements. This listing will be updated when those details are officially confirmed.
This year’s official artwork was created by Javier Villa Blanco, the winner of a poster competition that received more than 35 entries. His illustration takes inspiration from A Ponte do Porto’s bridge, weaving characters and references from video games, comics and film into its arches. It is a playful link between the host village and the stories that bring fans together.
Now in its third edition, Ponte Friki continues to make A Ponte do Porto a meeting point for creative talent and alternative leisure. The Concello de Camariñas supports the event’s organisation. Save the dates and check back as the programme takes shape.
