On Saturday, September 27th, 2025, the Castle of Vimianzo will host a unique gastronomic experience with the Laxe Fish Tasting 2025 in Vimianzo. Starting at 12:00 p.m., visitors will be able to enjoy free tapas made with the finest fish from the Laxe fish market.
Renowned chef Miguel Mosteiro will lead the event, preparing a variety of bites specially designed to highlight the freshness, quality, and flavor of the local seafood.
This is a perfect opportunity to discover the essence of Galician cuisine, learn about the work of the Laxe Fishermen’s Guild, and enjoy for free the authentic flavors of the sea in the heart of Costa da Morte.
