The 11th Concello de Muxía Road Race will take place on 21 June 2026, bringing Muxía into the Correndo pola Costa da Morte running circuit. It is a special race for enjoying sport in a unique setting, with kilometres to run by the sea and the unmistakable Atlantic atmosphere of one of the most emblematic towns on the Costa da Morte.
The event will include different categories and start times: Under 12 at 10:15 a.m., Under 10 at 10:30 a.m., the open 3K race at 10:50 a.m., Against Cancer Under 14-16-18 at 10:54 a.m., the 10K race at 11:45 a.m. and Pitufos at 1:00 p.m.. The registration desk will open at 9:00 a.m., with prize presentations for Under 10 and Under 12 at 10:45 a.m., 3K and Under 14-18 at 11:30 a.m., and 10K at 1:15 p.m..
Registrations will remain open until 16 June. The registration fee is €8, plus €1 for the chip, while base categories are free of charge. The 11th Concello de Muxía Road Race is an ideal event for runners, families and sports lovers who want to take part in one of the most scenic races on the calendar.
