Some paths carry more than footsteps: they carry local stories. Senda das Capelas is the opening walk of the 15th Outono en Marcha programme, organised by the environmental association Senda Nova on Sunday 18 October 2026. Join a relaxed exploration of A Laracha’s rural heritage and autumn countryside.
This 9.8 km route is listed as low difficulty. The walk relates to the Montemaior area, where chapels, traditional paths and villages reveal layers of local history. The aim is to enjoy the scenery while learning why these places matter.
Programme departures are listed at 9:00 am from A Laracha Town Hall and 9:15 am from Bergantiños Shopping Centre in Carballo. Places are limited; register at least two days before the walk.
