Sardiñeiro is getting ready for an afternoon of traditional music, dancing and community spirit! On Saturday 17 October 2026, from 5:00 pm, the Campo da Festa (sports grounds) will host the 1st Galician Dance and Music Gathering in Sardiñeiro, celebrating Galicia’s living traditions on the Costa da Morte.
Enjoy performances by local Galician dance groups, with music from a bagpipe group, Charanga O Rumbo and Charanga A Tripulasión. Come along to discover the rhythms of Galicia and share a lively afternoon with residents and visitors.
There will also be chestnuts, inflatable attractions for younger children and a refreshment stand. The event is organised by the O Rumbo de Sardiñeiro Neighbourhood Association and Tardes Molonas Sardiñeiro, with the support of Fisterra Town Council.
