Fisterra will bring the Correndo pola Costa da Morte 2026 circuit to a close with the XI Concello de Fisterra Road Race on Sunday 11 October 2026, with the start and event area located in front of the Fisterra fish market.
The programme combines popular road running, junior categories and a 3K charity race against cancer. Runners of different ages will take part throughout the morning beside Fisterra harbour, with the 10K senior race as one of the main events of the day.
Registration is open until 6 October. Entry for the 3K and 10K races costs €8, plus €1 for the timing chip, while the junior categories are free.
Participants can register through the official Correndo pola Costa da Morte website.
The event is organised by Fisterra Town Council and forms part of the Correndo pola Costa da Morte calendar. Its setting beside the fish market and harbour gives the race a distinctive coastal backdrop for both runners and spectators, combining competition, youth sport and popular participation.
