On Sunday 23 August 2026 at 10:00 am, Camping Lago-Mar in Muxía hosts a Powerfit session with Lila Búa, a group fitness activity designed to start the morning with an active plan on the Costa da Morte.
The class forms part of the campsite’s August programme beside Praia de Lago and offers a guided workout in a setting far removed from a conventional gym. Powerfit combines cardiovascular work and strength exercises in a dynamic instructor-led session.
Lila Búa will lead the activity, guiding the pace and execution of the exercises throughout the session. It is a suitable option for visitors who want to stay active during their holidays or try a shared workout in a relaxed atmosphere.
The session costs €10 per person. Registration is available by email at info@campinglagomar.es.
