O Encaixe no Camiño Camariñas 2026 will take place from 24 to 26 July at several locations across Camariñas. On Friday 24, the medieval stalls open at 5:00 pm with musical entertainment. Saturday’s programme begins with a procession from the stone house to the harbour, followed by the presentation of the events, the landing of King Alfonso IX and a theatrical recreation of his arrival.
Saturday afternoon features the Festa do Marisco in Praza do Mercado at 7:00 pm, followed at 8:00 pm by a performance from O Tren da Unha, street music and traditional games. On Sunday at 9:30 am, the procession leaves Praza do Mercado for Camiñata, accompanying the king towards Cereixo and stopping for theatrical scenes in Xaviña and Cereixo.
The final day continues at 6:30 pm with a harbour landing, theatrical recreation, traditional singing, a street fashion show and lacemakers demonstrating their craft.
