“Alas de madeira” is an exhibition of pyrographed birds by Manuel Canosa, on display in the Exhibition Room at Casa da Cultura de Cee, located on the first floor. The show runs from 3 to 30 July 2026, with the opening taking place on 3 July at 8:30 pm.
The exhibition brings together works focused on birds created through pyrography, a technique that uses heat to draw and mark the surface of wood. The poster features several of these pieces, showing different species shaped and decorated on wooden bases. This exhibition joins Cee’s cultural programme for July and gives visitors an opportunity to discover Manuel Canosa’s work at close range.
Visiting hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm, and Saturdays from 12:00 noon to 2:00 pm. The exhibition will remain open until 30 July at Casa da Cultura de Cee.
