Chacín Festivities 2026 will take place on 25 and 26 July in Chacín, Mazaricos, with two days of religious services, vermouth sessions, an evening dance and activities for children. Saturday’s programme begins with Mass in honour of Saint Peter at 1:00 pm. A large vermouth session with Grupo Atenas will follow, while the evening is reserved for the main open-air dance announced on the poster.
On Sunday, Masses in honour of Saint Anthony will be held at 10:00 am, 11:00 am and 1:00 pm. The programme will then continue with a large vermouth session featuring Dúo Explosión. Free inflatable attractions for children are also included, adding another activity to the second day of the celebration.
The Chacín festivities join the summer events calendar in Mazaricos during July. Local residents and visitors can come together for a weekend combining music, tradition and a lively village atmosphere on the Costa da Morte.
