July 2026 Summer Programme in the Municipality of Dumbría

Dumbría Town Council presents a varied cultural programme for July 2026, featuring theatre, puppetry, oral storytelling, music and activities for the whole family. Events will take place at different locations across the municipality, including O Conco, Buxantes, Berdeogas and Olveira.

Programme of activities

• 7 to 10 July – Puppetry: Barriga Verde: exhibition by the Morra o Demo Association at O Conco, open from 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
• Tuesday, 7 July, at 6:00 p.m.: puppet workshop for adults at O Conco. Advance booking is required.
• Thursday, 9 July, at 6:00 p.m.: video forum for adults at O Conco.
• Saturday, 11 July, at 7:00 p.m.: “Foliada das Neves”, featuring ARC Fonte Santal and the Gaiteiros de Buxantes, in Buxantes.
• Tuesday, 14 July, at 11:00 a.m.: “A filla do Cacharulo”, a puppet show by Babalva Teatro, at O Conco.
• Friday, 17 July, at 11:00 a.m.: “Petróglifos”, an oral storytelling session with Carmen Domech, at O Conco.
• Sunday, 19 July: Family Festival in Berdeogas.
• Tuesday, 21 July, at 11:00 a.m.: “Máis Saaabor”, a theatre performance by Culturactiva for the children’s camps.
• Wednesday, 22 July, at 11:00 a.m.: “Hamelin”, a storytelling session by Culturactiva for the children’s camps.
• Sunday, 26 July, at 8:00 p.m.: “Cruunch 2”, a family show by Muu, in Olveira.
• Thursday, 30 July, at 11:00 a.m.: “A Corva”, a musical storytelling show by A Cova das Letras, at O Conco.

The Dumbría summer programme will bring cultural activities to different parts of the municipality throughout July, with events designed for children, families and adult audiences.
