The 16th African Festival 2026 in A Picota will take place on Saturday, 4 July from 12:00 noon at the A Picota fairground in Mazaricos. This awareness-raising event will bring together music, dance, culture and solidarity, offering families the opportunity to discover African traditions in a welcoming and lively setting.
The programme will feature live performances, activities for all ages and experiences connected with crafts and food. The festival combines entertainment with social commitment, bringing African cultural expressions closer to the public through rhythm, dance and shared participation.
The initiative aims to help create more opportunities for Côte d’Ivoire. The poster indicates a €25 donation and the option to support the cause through a zero table contribution. The 16th African Festival is an opportunity to enjoy a special day, discover other cultures and support a solidarity project in Mazaricos.
