Here Comes Summer! Dumbría Libraries is a programme of activities for children born between 2012 and 2022, taking place during the opening hours of the municipal libraries. The activities will be held at the libraries of O Conco, Berdeogas, Olveira, Buxantes and O Ézaro, offering leisure, learning and shared experiences for children at the beginning of summer.
The programme will begin on Monday, 22 June at the libraries of O Conco and Berdeogas, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., and in Olveira, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.. It will continue on Tuesday, 23 June in O Conco, on Thursday, 25 June in O Conco, Buxantes and Olveira, on Friday, 26 June in O Conco, O Ézaro and Olveira, on Tuesday, 30 June in O Conco, Berdeogas and Olveira, and on Wednesday, 1 July in O Conco.
This initiative by the Concello de Dumbría is a great opportunity for children to enjoy libraries as lively, creative and participatory spaces. Here Comes Summer! Dumbría Libraries combines children’s activities with a welcoming local atmosphere in a programme designed to start the summer with enthusiasm.
