The 9th Os Picos de Mazaricos MTB Ride will take place on 31 May 2026, offering a new chance to enjoy mountain biking in a natural setting that promises adventure, effort and a great experience on two wheels. This sporting event once again proposes a day designed for riders who enjoy MTB and are looking for an attractive, well-organised route with a manageable level of challenge, in a municipality whose landscapes are ideal for this kind of event on the Costa da Morte.
The event will feature two route options: a 40-kilometre short route and a 50-kilometre long route, both with a medium-low difficulty level. The start is scheduled for 9:30 am from Praza da Picota, and the organisers describe it as a timed but non-competitive ride, a perfect format for those who want to challenge themselves, enjoy the experience and make the most of the route while keeping the day’s more enjoyable and social side very much alive.
