The This summer, donate blood campaign will visit Ponteceso on Tuesday, 11 August 2026, with a mobile unit from the Axencia de Doazón de Órganos e Sangue at Praza do Relleno.
Donors should bring their donor card, national ID or a similar identification document. It is recommended to eat breakfast and, after lunch, wait two hours before donating, tell the medical staff about any medication being taken, and avoid a heavy meal before donating.
